Day 35 and we had 2 practices around the same time so each had to miss half.
It would have happened the exact same way even if my husband was alive. He would have said he wasn’t driving 2 cars for practices that were right down the street from each other because the other coach just decided to change his night. The kids got to practice and were happy so that’s what matters.
I got new yard garden flags and 1 of them I’m putting at his gravesite until I get a headstone made for him. Such a weird thing to go and look at headstones that are going to remain there for so many years to come and the other half will have my name on it too. Kind of creepy. My one request is somehow bronzing or showcasing my shoes. I labored on them by putting rhinestone of different colors all over them and I married him in them and then I wore them to bury him. They need to stay with the headstone so I have to figure out how to make that happen.
It was an ok day. I contacted a law firm about medical malpractice for my husband’s case but I won’t be talking about that here until something would come of it and would be a final decision. Just know it’s out there and good vibes would be appreciated.
Day 35 and I’m preparing for battle, a battle of change that can help so many others.
