Day 53 and I’m aiming for consistency not perfection.

I normally workout every day. I at least ride my bike everyday just to get the blood moving and to have a little time to myself. Nothing drastic but maybe 15-30 minutes depending on the class I take. Then I found these great videos on YouTube that are low impact but still show results and I love them. Today though I didn’t feel like doing any of it. However, I did. I showed up and did my workouts and the whole time I kept repeating just be consistent. Aim for consistency.
Isn’t that what we should all aim for? It wasn’t perfect by any means. My mental focus wasn’t perfect. My form wasn’t perfect. My attitude wasn’t perfect. But it was CONSISTENT. I am consistently showing up for myself. No one else is going to do it for me. I have to be willing to put myself out there to feel better about myself. I have to keep being consistent because it reflects in every other part of my life if I don’t.
Day 53 and it started out as just a workout and turned into a mindset.
