Day 100 and it was party day at pre-k

Boys 3 and 4 had a fall party at school today. They had so much fun! I was bummed that I couldn’t volunteer like we usually do. I’ve sent my husband a couple of times and I’be gone a couple of times. It’s always so fun to see the boys in their element and wanting to share things while there. I’ll eventually be able to volunteer again but it’ll be a little bit.

I talked with number 2’s IS and we discussed front loading his schedule. We had to do this with our first son too. Get all the important work done in the first half of the day this was when they have their energy crash at the end it’s more acceptable. It’s also proving to be when he struggles the most with controlling his brain and body because he’s tired. She agreed and said he used his words today to express he needed a break to rest and used great coping skills by using the secluded area that’s designated for his breaks. Super proud of him!
