That Widow

Day 115 and guess who’s back, back again.

They’re all sick, including the baby baby. While it makes for a less lively house, which can be appreciated at times, it makes me sad when they all feel like junk and I can’t make it better. The flu and strep are running rampant through our town right now but we all got our flu shots and have thankfully avoided getting that mess so far.

Number 2 keeps asking if it’s Christmas yet and he was asking for a couple of weeks now. I keep saying we have to be thankful before we can be greedy. Today he says “ can I be greedy now?” since thanksgiving is over. I laughed so hard. We had to start a countdown to Christmas so he knows when it’s going to be here. He’s so excited.

Day 115 and it’s almost time to be greedy.
