Day 116 and I love that feeling.
I love when I wake up and there is that tightness and twinge of pain from working out. I know that sounds crazy but it tells me I still have work I can do! It’s like a personal reminder that I can still find a new way to shape myself into who I want to be. Just when you think you’ve passed that point and you’re physically fit then you wake up and try to roll out of bed and it hurts so good.
This happened to me today after doing a focused leg workout yesterday. I know some will say it’s because I didn’t stretch enough or drink enough water and on and on but that’s just not true. I drink over 3 liters of water a day and stretch before and after my workouts. It’s just a different muscle group that I was clearly neglecting. Man was it a good wake up call today though.
Day 116 and I’m still working towards my goals.
